No real news from here, just one point: I took
the image used on the front of BPD and
also used on this website off here because the artist responsible for it forced me to do
so by threatening to sue me. This came plain simple from the fact that she wasn't put
on the guestlist for the first Azoikum show in March. Ha. Back to kindergarten, little
girl.

M.A.D., the first official Narbenerde release which was put out on Verbrannte Erde Productions 1998 in a limited edition of 25 copies will be re-released on Troniks with a 13 minute bonus track which is a brand new recording.

Narbenerde was invited to do a release for PacRec, a side label of Troniks which only releases credit card sized CD-R's containing only 5:45 min of music. So a track called Seelenkälte was finished.

The aforementioned release will be a 2-CD-R set to be released this summer on Live Bait Recording Foundation, working on this release has been finished and mastering is done. It will be released in an edition of 200.
Within the next couple of days the new Narbenerde CD-R entitled "No More Empathy" will be released on italian Spatter label. It will be limited to 100 copies and is packaged in a large DVD box with full colour artwork in high quality laser printing. One track is based on cult movies Silent Of The Lambs/ Hannibal featuring loads of cut-ups related to these, one track is a hommage to italian experimental pioneer Mauricio Bianchi.

Working on a forthcoming Narbenerde CD has begun. Narbenerde is still searching for a label to release it. Labels interested in releasing this CD please contact Narbenerde. The CD will contain two long tracks with a total playing time of approx. 70 min., Narbenerde's sound this time is varied ambient noise using handmade sounds, distorted analogue synths in a rather power electronics-like style and shortwave noises, but don't expect the usual ;o)
We may also introduce Narbenerde's new member Jennifer A. who was involved in the recordings for the forthcoming CD.

The Narbenerde-CD "BPD" is out since January 15. It contains 63 minutes of very different styles ranging from ambient, death industrial to power electronics and noise.
